Clear Upfront Pricing

• Dan has a Scheduling Fee of $95. This fee is due during the scheduling process. The $95 covers up to the first half hour of service. This Scheduling Fee is Non-Refundable. We have this fee to insure you are put on our schedule.

• When you book down below for any of the discounted hourly packages the scheduling fee is included in the plans pricing. (there is not another charge for scheduling when choosing any of the discounted hourly plans). 

• Dan will come out and give you an estimate for a small fee of $95. Dan will credit you the $95 off the job he is giving you the estimate for, if you use his services. Most jobs Dan can give you a price over the phone and not have to come out. Just send him pictures and Dan will quote you over the phone or text you the quote.

• Dan is a small family owned business and doesn't have the resources to pay for fuel to give free estimates. So please don't take not giving a free estimate for not wanting to do the work. We would love to complete your list of handyman work that you need done. 

• Hourly Rates: $195 for the first hour. Each additional hour is $195 per hour. 

• Materials costs are not included in any pricing unless specified in writing that material costs are included.
