Dan has more than three decades worth of experience and provides clear upfront pricing.

1. Make a To-Do List

Make a list of everything you would like done.

2. Prioritize Your List

Dan works on what is most important to you, not what is easiest for him.

3. Take Pictures Of All The Areas That Need Service

(Example - The doorknob needs to be replaced- take a picture. Hole in the wall- take a picture.) This helps Dan understand the materials and tools needed.

4. Message Dan With Your List And Photos

Text Dan (267-319-2088) with your prioritized list and photos of what needs service.

5. Setup An Appointment

Lastly, set up an appointment to have Dan come check out what you need done! Mornings are best if your list may take longer than two hours.

Clear upfront pricing

Dan has a service fee of $195.00 which covers up to the first hour. That does not mean that if Dan completes your list in under an hour, you pay less than the service fee of $195.00.

When the hour is reached and if your list is not completed, you have the option to extend your time:
- The additional hourly charge after the initial first hour is $135.00 per hour for a 1 person job.
- The additional hourly charge after the initial first hour is $175.00 per hour for a 2 person job.
- The additional hourly charge after the initial first hour is $195.00 per hour for a 3+ person job.
